Delivery period within 3-5 working days of completing the purchase.

• The price for delivery to all West Bank cities is 20 shekels
• The price of delivery to the city of Jerusalem is 30 shekels
• The price of delivery to the internal Arab cities is 60 shekels

The exchange is allowed within 24 hours of receipt, and that the item remains in its condition as it was received, new and unused, in the event of a change, communication is made by Miss Joan staff through social media channels or send an email to info@missjwan.com and we will respond and coordinate with you as soon as possible.

In case of exchange, the buyer shall charge the price for the delivery.

Return is not allowed, only change is allowed.

التبديل مسموح خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وعلى ان تبقى القطعة بحالتها كما استلمت جديدة وغير مستعملة، في حالة التبديل يتم التواصل عن طريق طاقم مس جوان من خلال قنوات السوشال ميديا او ارسال بريد الكتروني الى info@missjwan.com وسنقوم بالرد والتنسيق معكم في اسرع وقت ممكن
